This is a scarf I recently finished, using a tweed stitch that I found on a tea cosy pattern that my mum was knitting at the time (and she has now finally finished after a year of starting it!!). It was easy to do with the chunky wool.
Pattern: using 10mm needles - Maxi Wool by Erika Knight in Storm and Mallard.
Cast on 20 sts.
Row 1: Using Mallard, K2 * (sl 1 p-wise wyib k3) rep from * to last 2 sts, sl 1 p-wise wyib, k1
Row 2: using Mallard, K1 * (sl 1 p-wise wyif k3) rep from * to last 3 sts, sl 1 p-wise, k2.
Row 3: Using Storm, K4 * (sl 1 p-wise wyib, k3) rep from *.
Row 4: Using Storm, K3 * (sl 1 p-wise wyif k3) rep from *, K1.
Repeat rows 1-4 until you run out of yarn.
